Rehrig Pacific is a nationally recognized manufacturing company. Carlos came in as an embedded leadership partner — spending three years inside the organization studying its culture, understanding its people, and building a Human-Centered Leadership program from the ground up.
The program combined leadership coaching, the PRICE Method curriculum, a proprietary Leadership Skills Matrix, and live workshops delivered across every level of the organization.
